Biography
Tracy is a Professor of sport management, with a particular focus on human resource management and executive leadership development. She currently teaches the foundation applied leadership subject in the EMBA. Her current research is the area of cultural diversity management in sport, volunteer management, and the impact of terrorism on sport. Tracy is Associate Editor of Sport Management Review, the Book Review Editor for European Sport Management Quarterly and is on the editorial board of other sport management journals. Tracy also contributes to the Executive Masters in Sports Organisation Management a program with support from Olympic Solidarity, International Olympic Committee.
