Dr. Karen Yuan Wang received her PhD in management in University of Wollongong, Australia. She has published in international academic journals on topics on managerial psychology, including managerial trust, leadership and work values; knowledge management and entrepreneurship within the context of cross-cultural studies. Her publication appears in SSCI. One of her published books, entitled Business Culture in China, has been translated into other three languages: Japanese, Indonesian and Korean. Her papers have been presented at the annual conference of Academy of Management and the Asian Academy of Management. She is a member of these two internationally influential associations and a core researcher of the University key research centre.
She has been invited as an editor or member of Advisor Board by quite a few international journals, including, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Technology Management in China, Journal of Entrepreneurship in China, Management Research Review and an expert reviewer on the Journal of Management & Organization. She has been elected three times as Board Member for no region representative for a region at-large, Asia Academy of Management, an authorized academic association with Asian Pacific Journal of and one of the prestige associations in Asia Pacific Region; invited as a Guest Editor for Conference Special Issue of International Colloquium on Asian Business for Chinese Management Studies (Journal).
